The Residences at Fair Chase

The Residences at Fair Chase were constructed by Beazer Home - one of Developers for the Fair Chase residential communities which included a few single family home, some townhomes. The Condominum Units Association was established in 2006 with the CMC (Community Management Corporation) commissioned by the Developer Fair Chase Development,LLC.

In November 2008, the Fair Chase Home Owners Assoication (FC HOA) and COA has decided to engage Cardinal Management for the administrative works of the communities. For more information on FC HOA, visit the website www.fairchasehoa.org.
